St. Petersburg Museum of History

If you live in or near St. Petersburg, Florida or are visiting the area, do not overlook a visit to the St. Petersburg Museum of History! It is a wonderful place to visit while you are in the area of the Pier in downtown St Petersburg. There is so much of the local history that can be discovered there.

Among the vast array of displays is one dedicated to the original inhabitants of Pinellas County! The amount of information offered here is amazing and not just for school kids! If you are out with the family for a day at the Pier, stop by, get out of the sun for a while and learn a little about the local history!!!
