Mission Valley condo prices have been steadily increasing since February 2009, so if you enjoy the hassle-free condominium lifestyle, it's time to get into a Mission Valley condo. You can enjoy everything that beautiful San Diego has to offer right from the central location of your Woodspring condominium!

Woodspring is a quiet, gated community at the western end of Mission Valley. Amenities include swimming pool and spa. All units have in-unit laundries.

If you like to golf, Riverwalk Golf Course, a public course, is nearby. Fashion Valley Mall and several San Diego Trolley stations are also nearby.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach.

There are 52 units built in 1981. Units range in size from 870 square feet to 1,200 square feet, and floor plans (bedrooms/bathrooms) include 1/1 and 2/2. As a small complex in a prime location not far from Mission Bay and the beaches, units that come on the market don't stay very long.

Monthly HOA dues are about $325 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, water (including hot water), sewer, termite prevention, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

There are no units for sale or in pending status as of August 22, 2010.
