11 Comments on What The 55+ Age Group Requires For Specifications In A Condo
Good list Cindy. We live and sell in a 55+ community. I have two Real Estate companies - one in Northern California and one in San Diego county. I drive by Magic Mountain - north of Los Angeles on Interstate 5 and pass the Number 1 ReMax office every week. I wonder if they know your office is #1 in the World?
Cindy - this is a very informative post which I've bookmarked. I am sure it will come in handy.
Cindy,
Thanks for sharing this list. It certainly meets the needs of those of us getting more seasoned!
I saw this post yesterday. Reminds me of the buyer I took out that day. Look for the rant later. It's coming.
Heck, I would like a lot of those features NOW! Not ready to give up my big soaking tub, though. Thanks for the helpful list.
Steve and Carol-I"m sure the other RE/MAX office has a claim to #1 of some sort. Our designation comes from RE/MAX International.
Jackie-credit for the original post goes to Barbara Todaro.
Linda-I closed on a nice over 55 home yesterday in our area with all of these criteria checked for the new owner.
Chris Ann-my buyer who closed in Spring Hill yesterday was a terrific. The deal had some strange goings on but in the end it closed.
Susan-my big soaking tub seems to have become a place for the cat to sleep. To guilty over the amount of water it uses to fill it up.
thanks for the reblog, Cindy....
