It sounds good, but flyers are exactly what they are. Flyers.  There is quite a few software programs that can create flyers for individuals.  What I like is the tracking though.  You should know that we are in a business which tracking is key to our results if we want to be successful.

Wow, great website Luis. I really love that map. What great information.

I really do not see the point, however, in sending flyers to other agents. I usually glance at them and pitch it. I pay attention to my local MLS for my clients and know all the properties available already. I put my money in my farm. I may be wrong and will listen though if anyone has a comment. interesting resource.  I will check out this site.  I really like the reporting to track the flyers.  I am an advocate of tracking your marketing for effectiveness.
