Thanks for asking I’m “tolerable”.

I'm a fan of old movies especially war movies.  I've watched some of them so much I can quote a lot of them verbatim.  One of my favorites is Sergeant York.  For those of you who haven't seen it I suggest you do so.  It has a lot of things that America once stood for but has lost.  One of the lines was when a person asked York played by Gary Cooper how he was York replied "tolerable".  So the meaning of tolerable is: in reasonable good health.  So I ask you how's your business is it tolerable?  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

I grew up with John Wayne war movies...and James Bond.  Made for an interesting education.

I think tolerable covers our market today. Gary Cooper was always a treat to watch.

Hi there and thanks for your comments.  It's hard to decide which one I like better but Patton ranks right up there, he was my kind of man

Great movie wonder how he learned to call them ..  This is funny I remember my grandmother using tolerable alot when we went to church. I know you want us to think real estate but this word reminded me of my grandmother.  Thanks James love the word for the day.
