Jeff, The value of a brand new home is more than skin deep in California.  New homes continue to have far more value built into the numerous energy efficient systems.  Many new homes are 40 percent more efficient than some built just 4 years ago.

Hi Jeff,  very much enjoyed seeing the slide show and it spurred me to the video idea you mentioned in a previous post. I have it all set up on the Mac tonight ,I will use a tripod, since there were 34 videos on it that I hadn't even looked at. I felt like I was on a a boat on rough seas , getting nauseous watching them, LMAO. But I know I do these combination, photo/video.

The models seem really nice for the price range. and the amenities are great.

I believe that featuring new construction communities is good business.  This is a good example of promoting new construction for the benefit of home buyers in the area.
