- The median price of houses sold went up tp $272,000 in June from $245,000 in May.
- The median price of houses for sale was $299,900 in June compared to $305,950 in May.
- There were 223 houses sold in June compared to 261 in May.
- There were 1,420 houses for sale in June compared to 1,333 in May.
- There were 6.5 months supply of houses for sale in June.
