All, I am looking for a residential lot in the Breckenridge area (can include Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne).  Up to about 1 acre, want to pay max about $300,000.  Would prefer it be in an area like Peak 7, that would allow for custom building, and not have restrictive covenants.  Let me know if you have anything!

 Chris, I am familiar with it, but we arent looking to refer it out, we are simply looking for product.  I am a commercial broker and plan on closing on it myself once we find the lot.  Thanks
