Noonday Trail ribbon cutting. Sept 3, Kennesaw Ga.

Section 2 of the Noonday Creek Trail will have its ribbon cutting cutting on Thursday, Sept. 2.  The other parts of the trail are either up for bid or already under construction.  The Noonday Creek Trail will eventually connect the Vistor Center at Kennesaw Mtn National Park to Bells Ferry Road, passing through the Barrett Lakes and Town Center area.  This is just one of many trails that are completed or being proposed for the area.

Eventually this great trail system will connect with other trails make it possible bike, walk, or run to Atlanta, The Carter Center, and hopefully all the way to Stone Mountain Park.

Intersection of Roberts Road at Vaughn Road
Vaughn Rd intersects Cobb Pkwy just north of Barrett Pkwy, at Arby's; Roberts Rd intersects Barrett Parkway east of Cobb Parkway, just prior to Carl Black Buick Pontiac GMC.  Please look for signage directing attendees to parking.
