Burnsville Real Estate Market Update for first time home buyers, home sellers, and relocation to Burnsville.

New listings were up 4% for the month in Burnsville. The surprising number is closed sales being down 70%. This could be with the tax credit going away and the tight credit market. Lenders need to loosen their underwriting policy's to get more home buyers back into the market. Just a thought. With the number of people that have lost their homes due to foreclosure this is something I think needs to be looked at. Median sales price increased with average sales price increasing also. Average days on market was down 36% to 89 days. This is below the year to date number of 13% or 122 days. Single family inventory was up 5% and townhouse and condo inventory up 10%.

Do you know someone that is falling behind on their mortgage payments?

As a Certified Distress Property Expert I can save 90% of home owners that are facing foreclosure. Over 70% of home owners facing foreclosure do nothing to prevent this from happening. Home owners often give up because they feel that they have no options. They do have options if they take action. Do it for your family. Call for you free consultation to see how I can help them get back on the road to recovery.
