Warning!!!! You usually get what you pay for! I just had a dear friend who is a mortgage broker share with me a nightmare story. A firm that markets itself as "no commissions, no agents" proved its value (or lack thereof) to its seller. Not only did the seller not negotiate (she caved), they didn't realize that their property is actually listed by a real estate firm and after the fact they have discovered that not only did the firm not offer support, they are now actually charging them another $3000.00 to represent a buyer who didn't know they are being represented.
Be careful! Don't go for the cheapest, go for the greatest economic value! It's all about how much you walk away from the closing table with. Use a professional Realtor, they will normally save you money!!!
