With the exception of an *IDX solution that would be out of my price range above, you're looking at around the same monthly cost between Point2 Agent and a mix!

I maintain a point2 basic membership and sponsor a local community area. I find that since nobody else in my market is interested in it, I do get a bit of traffic because of it, but other than that I have never really been impressed with point2.
