Recently inspected a city town home with some interesting features that were proudly advertised by the listing agent.  An "outdoor" clay chiminea fireplace was installed in the master bedroom.  The sellers installed a flue pipe that vented through the roof.  Of course, this type of fireplace CANNOT be installed indoors.  There is a real carbon monoxide issue along with the potential for fire.  There are two color photos of this fireplace on the listing ad.

The home was listed as having two bedrooms.  The second "bedroom" did not have any windows or direct external egress from the room.  There is a photo of this "second" bedroom on the ad.

Would like to receive comments from real estate agents regarding these problems, and any other comments about the accuracy of listing ads and brochures.  Thank you.
