How to drive your clients crazy or not. Working with buyers in our Las Vegas housing market

Don't drive your clients crazy or waste your time: Save time and money:

          Do not allow clients in your car until they show proof of funds or approval letter
 Make sure you've done your homework on the properties you are going to view.  Did you call the listing agent and ask those important questions: Examples: do you have any other offers on the property?  how many loans on the property? is the listing agent familiar with handling short sales? ETC.

Prepare your clients with a clip board and MLS listings of which properties your going to visit and make sure they write comments down so everyone can remember what they liked or disliked about the property.

If you pull up to the house and they don't like it.  LEAVE. move on to the next one.  Don't waste time on properties that are not of interest to them.

Allow the buyers to walk through the property without you on their back.. Give them space.
Ask specific questions.
Is it an investment property or are they intending to use it as their residence?
What did they like most about their past home/homes?
How soon are they looking to move?
          Don't forget, we have a limited supply of inventory.
 
          Educate you buyers on what is happening within our Las Vegas market.

          Remember, have fun and enjoy the process.
