It wasn't too long ago I was walking down a street in Waukesha County Real estate and Lake Country Real estate and my friend that was with me said that they were thirsty. My reply "Why don't you go stick your snout over the bubbler over there and get a cold drink?" Their reply "Okay Tom Braatz, what in the heck is a bubbler?" I went on to expalin that in many Waukesha County cities, towns, and villages that water fountains were conveniently placed for people to get a cold drink of water anytime of day they wanted.
