Windsor had 15 new listings this week. Ranging in price from $165,000 to $549,000. Some new construction. Most of the houses are less than $300,000. The 2 of the 3 higher priced houses are on 2 acres are more. If you are considering buying, now is a good time, rates are amazingly low, prices are low and more homes coming on the market for you to chose from. I agree about knowing what is going on in the market. This really keeps me on top of small changes. The Colorado market has it's ups and down, but overall has been pretty good. We are slowing seeing new construction coming back with D R Horton building and some of our local builders!
