Just a few weeks ago while touring Egypt we were having fun riding camels by the pyramids in Egypt! As Michael, from Michael's View says: "Time flies when you are having fun!" These pictures are probably pretty self-explanatory, but, I want you to know this was really exciting! Camels are smelly but amazingly agile!
Dorie, it is obvious from your photos that riding the camels was fun and exciting. Sounds like a marvelous trip.

I was just looking at a cruise last night that has a stop in Egypt. Riding a camel is one of the shore excursion options. I think it will be in my first quarter vacation plan for next year.

We went to Egypt, Jordan and Israel and loved Israel the best! You can rdie a cael in any of those country's!
Dorie, I saw show (I believe it was “Dirty Jobs” with Mike Rowe … the people drank fresh camels milk and had camel races! It was a hoot to watch. Thanks for sharing your Egypt experience.

Couldn't go to Egypt and try being a camel jockey! We had quite the adventures. Traveling with my brother-in law and wife always guarantees an exciting time!
Who knew you were going to Egypt. I love Egypt. Been twice. Don't think I've ridden a camel though.
