As so many of you know, my granddaughters are involved in our lives, both personally and professionally. Michelle does a lot of the website content, and putting the ads on the web. It is important for her to see the homes and have a feel for them. Recently we went to one of our properties, 17069 Ryton Lane, Hampton Court, Polo Club in Boca Raton to take pictures and Michelle fell in love with this home. It is great, because having big dreams leads to big realities. It is fun for us to have the views through her eyes and words. Here is her vision of the home.
"The other day I went and looked at a house with my grandparents who work in Quantum One Realty. It was a beautiful home over in Polo Club in Boca Raton.
We arrived there at about 5pm and as we went through the entry gates I new it was going to be amazing. We drove through the streets that were surrounded by a golf course. I was suppose to take pictures so I started to set up the camera; switching the batteries and holding it anxiously in my hands. We got in through the garage but as soon as we entered the house the alarm started going off. One of the other workers had been there before or something because he has given us the code. But, to our unlikely convenience he didn't remember how it went so he gave us two different codes to try. The alarm was ringing and buzzing in our ears for about five minutes; long enough to let the security guards know they should start heading over. We finally got it to shut off, and had to show ids to the rental cops to let them know we were invading. Sooner than later, I got to check out the house.

The first thing I noticed is that the walls were a variety of bright exhilarating colors like violet, orange, yellow, and another one that I can't think the name of. I can tell the person who designed it likes to be happy because these colors forced you to smile and have a good time. I can't quite picture being relaxed or living in such an environment but it was truly amazing. I walked through the kitchen snapping photos in different angles and lighting. I moved on through several different rooms like one connected to the kitchen that I thought was suppose to be a dining room but it looked more like a hang out type of place. After that came the living room, another living room, a bedroom, and a slider to the backyard pool. :]
If you walked around to the front door, right by it was a bathroom and further into the house was a staircase leading up to two rooms and an office. I've never seen a design like this because the hallway to the room was over the entry of the house and was like a bridge. I'd have to say this was my favorite part because right after I noticed that I caught a glimpse of a speaker that if you pushed a certain button you could talk to any other room in the house. Neat huh? It could be fun and definitely convenient in such a big place.
We left soon after that, going through the different rooms and closing the blinds and turning off lights. Walking out the front door of the house I knew I wanted it.
Not a lot of people can say when the are 15 that a house inspired them to make something of there selves so that they one day can have a home like that of their own to enjoy and live in luxury with.
So I take it by now, you could say that I greatly enjoyed it."
