2010 - THE TECHNOLOGY RACE IS ON !!

Burning through the summer months can be exciting if you got deals in the pipeline. It can be breathtaking if you know what  you are doing on the web ... controlling the shots is easy to do if you are search engine savvy.

But some of us don't know how to pull a simple manuever on the web. Let me tell you about my day really quick. In about 20 minutes I was able to take my knowledge and literally pluck two refi mortgage clients off  the web and sell the leads to a mortgage company..... and then... here is the kicker, sell my online coaching program to the VP of the company and sign an exclusive contact with that group..... Thats extra cash in the bank and I didn't mean to pull that in.... It just sort of happened because i know a lot about search engines and how to work the web.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY FRIEND RICHARD - THE HOME BUILDER
Richard is a great friend of mine. He has a lot of ideas. One day he is going to be extremely wealthy if he ever figures out what he wants out of life. His head is in a million directions. All of his cash is tied up in properties that nobody is buying. His investments are locked in these properties and he is in a location where it has reached the bottom of the cycle.

Organic SEO is better -- you basically talk to the search engines.... its like unlocking a safe... theres gold inside that you can feel, touch and taste... its how I make my living.

The other thing I can show you is the MSDS pitfall -- although its a great system. This is where everybody goes to list their properties. I am going to show you how to get exclusive and showcase your properties in your area of choice -- no exceptions.

This is something that you can do on a weekly basis. My sites usually hit page 1 in 6 days. this is something that I can teach you how to do.
