Attention Homeowners! Convert your monthly mortgage to a Bi-weeklymortgage and save THOUSANDS!!!

Just how can we offer Mortgage Manager (TM) Saving Program to the homeowner for FREE. We, of course, do make a profit even though we offer the services at no cost. Sometimes you will have people think there are strings attached - until they learn about the service and how our revenues are generated. Due to the volume of homeowners we service, and as a result, the volume of money we manage in Bi-weekly mortgage payments amounts to millions and millions of dollars on a daily basis. The Bank(s) we use to transfer the funds from the homeowner, then on to the lender, pay us interest based on the entire volume. Now, for each individual homeowner, this amounts to a very small amount which would not make a difference in their mortgage in any way. However, on a volume basis, it gives us the revenue needed to provide the FREEservice that is valued between $395.00 to $500.00 to the homeowner at absolutely no cost. We have virtually eliminated all competition by offering this service absolutely FREE to homeowners.

My boyfriend just received this from Suntrust. Sounds interesting. I am assuming to you save on the interest since when you compound it you have an extra payment in there and arent compounding for the full 30 days. Basically paid the same per month $5 more, but cut his intrest by thousands.
