What have you accomplished with your marketing today?  I prepared a "just sold" postcard for a listing that Lorraine Kuney is closing on tomorrow.  I posted two open house blogs on ActiveRain this morning plus a narrative about "discount brokers" and this post. 

Then, I posted two different open house blogs on www.franklinmanewhomes.com which is my Wordpress blogging site.  So that's one postcard and six blog posts.  The open house blogs are the top four titles with a Google search for "open house august 29 franklin ma." 

My day was a productive day, and it's only 3:00 p.m.!!  I have enough time to write two more brief narratives!!!!  How about you?  What marketing have you done today?? 

That reminds me of the question "What's in your wallet?"  Of course, the answer will be "nothing," if you don't start blogging soon !!!!

Margaret.....blogging has directed traffic to our open house events every weekend....blogging has given directed buyer to us for new construction....my blogging url is on every postcard that I send out, and sellers have told us that they go online and read the blogs to get a feeling of how we market before they list with us....and they do list with us!!!  so, blogging is a major contributor to our business and the more I blog, the better the SEO (search engine optimization).....the majority of buyers start their search online and I want to be their first contact.

I was a blogging machine yesterday. 4 posts but I use the draft mode because I dont published more than 2 posts. They will be awesome.

Had a busy day today and have another 2 mode productive and engaging posts for my readers soon.

No kidding that by 630am, I usually get my stuff done. Blogging is part of my DNA now.

Hi Barbara...Wrote two blogs.  Posted one and saving the other in draft for tomorrow (I'm doing the 30 day challenge), worked on my company's new web site preparing for a meeting tomorrow morning, answered email, sent some, worked on a glossary for Lake Anna, set up an appointment with a prospective buyer, answered a call from someone interested in listing their home, sent listings to another, spent time with my husband, and time with my dogs, talked to two of my children (twice each) by phone...
