Nice post Kerry and you've found something to blog about which people love. More often than not this is a statement or question I hear no matter where I am. In fact I did a session yesterday with a west Georgia agent who said "I would love to blog but I just don't know what to blog about." When I said, "blog about that", she got it. I imagine her first blog will be like a lot of others ... "This is my first blog and I really don't know what to write about but ...." then success may soon follow!

I love your two lists -- part 1 and part 2 and I copied them into a word document so I can refer to it, should I ever stop thinking of what I want to blog about. Right now, as a relatively new real estate blogger, my ideas are endless and I am a total AR addict. Still, thanks again!
