I am including here the report for sales reported thru the CT-MLS as occurring between Jul 23 and Aug 23. It will be interesting to see how these two neighbor towns, Norwalk and Stamford behave in 2 and 4 weeks.
As you can see, in Stamford, the highest number of units sold comes from Condos sold in the price range ($450,000 - $600,000), followed by 22 units of Single Family homes sold in the same price range.
