That is amazing stuff and what a saving every month on your energy bill. I was in an energy star home that is under construction and normally the second floor is like an oven...it was Cool up there!

Can you spray this foam in existing homes?

David - yes, you can use spray foam in the attics of existing homes.  Even just treating the attic can make an amazing difference.  When done correctly, you shouldn't have more than a 5-10 degree difference between the attic and the rest of the home, it's incredible....
