Are you relocating to Atlanta and will you need to find a home quickly?
Here's my new service, The Atlanta VIP Relo Express.
- I'll go out and take full video tours of up to 10 homes that are most interesting to you. I put them up on a private YouTube link. Takes you through the entire home in about 10 minutes
- I'll even do video tours of specific neighborhoods.
- When you arrive to Atlanta we'll see 15 homes a day in about 4 hours. It's all about planning an efficient route and having all the information ready to go.
- Detailed reports on every home on the tour. Detailed listing sheets, full color MLS photos, Listing archive sheet showing the history of the listing, full tax record, check list and comment page. You'll have all the information about each home to review as we go from home to home.
- iPad 3g allows access to MLS info in the field to allow quick, dynamic changes to our home tours.
- iPad 3g allows easy access to review comps in the field to quickly determine whether a home is a deal or not.
- Contracts can be negotiated via email and fax
- Inspection reports sent via email
- Video summary of inspection with the inspector. We can go around the home and video all of the issues and have the inspector give you his opinion. It's just like being there.
- If your lender allows it, closing documents can be sent by FedEx and the actual closing can be done without you having to come back to Atlanta. Money can be wired to attorney.
I don't know of another real estate agent in Atlanta who is providing such a service.
Video technology has gotten so much better and easier to apply. Why not take advantage of it?
