You said you live in Wellington ? Is there lots of horse country there ? This Southfields sub looks amazing.

I will be writing a post on the HUGE Equestrian community in Wellington Florida. We are the POLO capitol of the world! All the famous Polo players and celebrities come and play Polo here. Then there is the Winter Equestrian Festival which brings over half the millions of dollars here to Wellington, more than half of all the Equestrian money that it brings to Palm Beach County is here in Wellington Florida. People are always surprised just as I was with how big horses are here in Wellington as well as the rest of Florida. Florida is also a huge cattle state, that I did not before I moved here either. I'll take lots of photos for you at the horse events this season.Here the season is from October to April. Thanks for asking! Katerina

We do have many listings. We get listings mostly in Wellington but we have neighboring bordering towns such as Loxahatchee, Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth and Boynton Beach where we also get a lot of listings. We have land listings and residential listings. Then Nestor has commission agreements with land owners of large parcels around the county, those are like pocket listings. The landowners do not want them on the MLS and we are held to confidentiality agreements with them. We have 20-40 listings. Some of our lot listings are 149K and up in Loxahatchee but everywhere else we are considered in a luxury home market. Our listing portfolio consists of mostly prices upwards up 500K and many well over 1 million. I have no idea what our market share is. There are just TOO many properties up for sale in this county right now to really figure that one out!
