Escondido Short Sale Buyers

Escondido short sale buyerYou may remember the famous phrase, "Listen to your Auntie Mabel; get your elbows off the table." If you have never heard it before and even if you have heard it too many times to count, you know that this phrase is all about listening to your elders and respecting the rules-in this case, table manners. So, what does this have to do with Escondido short sales and Escondido short sale buyers?

Escondido short sale buyers need to take the time to hire a qualified Realtor® to aid them in the purchase of their next home whether it be a traditional sale, a foreclosure, a short sale or a commercial property. A qualified Realtor® has lots and lots of experience getting deals closed. This experience can be proven through printed results, such as an MLS report or other documentable data. A Realtor® that has a proven track record of closing transactions knows how to get the job done right and to protect the Escondido short sale buyer.

If you are an Escondido short sale buyer, you are probably wondering how a Realtor® can protect you. Does a Realtor® have some sort of special shield or those bracelets that Wonder Woman used to use to ward off errant bullets? So, but a Realtor® has experience and know how.

Here is one way that an Escondido short sale buyer can be protected by a qualified Realtor®:

An Escondido short sale buyer finds eight wonderful, gorgeous homes on Zillow that appear to be open and available for purchase. The Escondido short sale buyer calls his/her Realtor® (perhaps Melissa Zavala or one of the agents at Broadpoint Properties) and says that s/he wants to view all eight of these properties because they are all ‘totally awesome.' The buyer's agent then researches all of the properties on the Escondido short sale buyers list and learns that one is actually going to auction (going to be foreclosed upon) tomorrow, two already have offers pending and are about to close escrow, and one is represented by an agent who does not return phone calls but emails you and tells you that he will only allow showings with an accepted offer. So, the buyer's agent has now pre-qualified the properties for you and has whittled down the list from eight to four potential properties available for purchase. The qualified Realtor® has saved you valuable time.

Aside from just wanting to check our the gorgeous mountain view, there are not too many reasons that an Escondido short sale buyer would want to spend time viewing a property that already has an accepted offer and is about to close escrow. There are many other ways that a buyer's agent can protect you. It is vital to trust the individuals that you hire to represent you. So, before you hire a qualified Realtor®, make sure you are confident in your choice!
