Pierson Lakes is a beautiful gated community in Sloatsburg, New York 10974 near Suffern, with magnificent homes that are exquisitely appointed. The homes are anywhere from about 5000 to up to about 11,000 square feet, and were built starting in the early 1990s and up to 2008.

The Pierson Lakes luxury estates are situated on anywhere from 4 to 12 acres of fabulously landscaped property. This acreage provides homeowners with space to build tennis courts and pools and there is still ample room for lavish lawns and gardens.

Most of the Pierson Lakes estates in the gated community in Sloatsburg, New York have lake frontage and their own private beaches and boat docks. The scenic views from these homes provide homeowners with a feeling of peace and serenity.
