One of the great things about being a real estate agent and living on the Kitsap Peninsula in scenic Washington State is that you're surrounded by water and some of the most breathtaking scenery in the Pacific Northwest

Rich, the water has to be freezing cold all year round, no?  It looks like a great place, and as you know, we are boaters but on the opposite side of the US.  Love the post and the pictures, the marina idea is great.

I stand corrected Rich :) ...and a very well done post outling the the different cities within Kitsap County. I was having a discussion today regarding Kitsap County and yours and Marks name came up, I might have had something to do with that ;)

Rick & Ines - yeah, the water is pretty chilly year round. Very refreshing during the summer months though, when we're out crabbin.

Bill - what kind of boats do you have in mind?

George - our two coasts are very different in many ways, but waterfront and waterview are highly desired regardless of which coast you're on.

What a great life. Just live near a great boat ramp, and spend part of the day out on the water. Real estate near the water is just the best way to go!
