A well attended Foreclosure Auction today close to 50 people, 5 Attorneys, 7 Realtors and a hand full of investors; even the Maui News was here. Out of one hundred and sixteen pre foreclosure announcements, nine properties were taken back by the banks. That’s a whopping 7.75% of the daily inventory. That was a long winded auction.
