Yesterday, I posted a blog article here on Active Rain, titled "US Buyers' Financing Options for Costa Rica Properties".  I did it because a common question I get from prospective buyers is how are they going to finance the purchase of a Costa Rican home.  So, I thought that it was high time that I addressed this question on my blog.

I got several comments on this article from Active Rain members that were both flattering and constructive.  But that's not why I'm writing.  I'm writing about the POWER of Active Rain, when it comes to reaching out across the Internet to the World.

This morning - about 24 hours after I posted the aforementioned article here on Active Rain - I got an email from a fellow interested in more information on financing for Costa Rica real estate.  He said that he found me on Active Rain this morning when he did a Google search for Costa Rica real estate financing!  Within 24 hours, my blog article hit the Internet and was available to all around the World who were looking for content on the subject of Costa Rica real estate financing!
