You too can listen to freeway noise and traffic for condos that are still, way, way overpriced. Worth about $50K, just like Lake Las Vegas. And over $700+ for HOA/month!!! Only a moron or someone with silver spoon unlimited money would pay that kind of fee. Vegas is dead and rotting; and will continue to do so. I predict these will be on the market for decades
