Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the
San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach.

Amenities in The Blufs include swimming pool, spa, outdoor grills and picnic areas, landscaping that includes moving water, a clubhouse, fitness center, and tennis courts.

HOA fees range from $239 to $303 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, trash pickup, and limited insurance.
