The Bluffs is at the western end of Mission Valley and offers some of the most affordable housing in all of Mission Valley. It is also one of the few communities that offers studio condominiums, popular with pilots and flight attendants, and companies that have a lot of overnight visitors.

The Bluffs is within walking distance of Fashion Valley Mall, directly across the street from the Riverwalk Golf Club, and you can catch the San Diego Trolley at the Fashion Valley Mall for points east (Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego State University) and south (Old Town, downtown San Diego, Tijuana).

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the
San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach.

The Bluffs has 324 units that were built in 1971-72. Units range in size from 432 square feet to 1,130 square feet. Floor plans (bedrooms/bathrooms) include 0/1, 1/1, 2/1, and 2/2.

Amenities in The Blufs include swimming pool, spa, outdoor grills and picnic areas, landscaping that includes moving water, a clubhouse, fitness center, and tennis courts.

HOA fees range from $239 to $303 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, trash pickup, and limited insurance.
