24 Comments on Who can Resist Before and After Pictures? A Vacant Home Staging, Minneapolis, MN
Shar, I had a similar gold color wall in a front room. I had to buy all new stuff to be able to work with it. Your dining room looks fabulous! As Kathleen mentioned, the empty space made that color scream at you. Now with your professionally staged room, it all works together!
Beautiful job, Shar! That living room looks so warm and inviting. The chest w/table lamp between the two slipper chairs ties that space in wonderfully. (lol...just came back to edit my comment in italics...in a rush and didn't read Sally's post above. Looks like we're in concert on the arrangement).
Shar- I'm with you . I love Before & After's. Now the living area is warm and inviting. And, I agree with all of the others, the color in the dining area is no longer yelling out to you. With your accessories, I really like it.
Looks REALLY great!! Love the living room chairs....and the dining set is perfect for the space!!
Yes, I love B and A's!!! Yours are terrific!! I love the rooms, your staging is fabulous!! Your art pieces complete the spaces perfectly.
Beautiful job, Shar! I love the fabric on the chairs. What a transformation!
The black furniture and black frames were a great choice for the dining room. Nicely done!
Tis lovely indeed!~
WOW - what a transformation, Shar! Incredible job.
Congratulations. Your home staging is being featured in the group Staging Before and After Pictures.
Kathy
Sally, there were 5 pillows just on the sofa alone. :-) Too funny.
Leanne, thank you. The paint color ended up looking very cool when it was all done which was a nice surprise. lol
Oh good David, I'm glad we have a concert, lol. The piece between the chairs is actually vintage suitcases that I placed on top of each other to create an accent table.
Thanks Kathy, there are never too many before and after pictures!
Kathy, I sold a few of the polka dot chairs at my warehouse sale (kept these 2). I could have sold a hundred of them. People were trying to buy them out from each other. They are the only inventory chairs that I bought more than 2 of because they were so different.
Thank you Cathy, I appreciate that very much.
Thanks for stopping by Patsy. I love the polka dots too.
Leanne, as they say....every room needs a little black!
Top of the morning to you Tom, and thank you.
Thanks much Kathy. I appreciate the feature!
great job, Shar. yours colors really popped off of that wall color and brought it to a livable, mangable level.
Thanks Connie. Yes that color looks much better now with something to draw your eye away from it.
Simply beautiful (as usual) Shar. You made both rooms come alive!
Thank you so much LaNita! I appreciate that.
You really let the light in and brightened it up, and not only by opening the shades! The room looks great and I love the suitcase idea as well as the piece above the fireplace.
Thank you David. It was dark and dreary before, that's for sure. Well, except for the DR wall paint. :)
Great work Shar! What a fabulous job you did!
Thank you much Tia. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Shar - this is awesome stuff - Bookmarked this post and 5-stars! I love this stuff - going to subscribe to you now too. Hey I see the gold star under your pic for 2 features. Congrats on that! see you in the 30/30 group... c
Thank you very much Craig. Yes the 2 Gold Stars are nice. :)
