There is a lot of controversy with Rhodes and his business practices. The bottom line however is that he owns at least 80,000 acres in Mohave County and probably more. It would be in the benefit of Kingman and it's residents to work with him. He has built very nice communities in Vegas and plans to do the same here. I think the Arizona Corporation Commission should be ashamed how they have handled their case with Rhodes and the Perkins Water Company. If this same subdivision was going into Phoenix there is no doubt in my mind that he would have an answer by now. Just because we are not Maricopa county doesn't mean we are off the map.
