Karen Ann:  I can quickly tell you my #1, but have to think about #2, and #3.  Hmmmm?   My #1 is my sphere of influence that give me referrals.  #2 is my personal web site http://www.eHomesGainesville.com and #3 has to be a close race between "sign calls" and "magazine ads".    I stopped farming 3 years ago. I do a monthly mailing to my sphere, and call them regularly.  Word-of-mouth is the best promotion of all. 

 Christine  I challenge you to do the math & review last years sales so you are not guessing, to see what #2 & 3 were last year. When I reviewed & found it was from sphere so for this year I beefed up my sphere contact,  I send a monthly newsletter, Anniversary cards, & a calendar.  I have beefed up my drip e-mail to sphere. My broker is planning a Mixer Party for our sphere. do not know how that will go. Do you have any other ideas? ..that bring results.  I do not like to call.
