Oh my goodness! I've never seen anything like that before. It looks like a high $$ home too. Also, the stigma of mold stays around long after the clean up is complete. Thanks for the reminder Richard.
You are welcome Karen. Yes, I think this is a high priced home. At HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC, we have not seen any homes this bad. But, we have seen homes on their way to this condition if nobody got involved quickly to mitigate the situation. Mold can work quickly, especially when it gets into the HVAC system. And mold seems to love wall paper, which is what was over this mold before it was found.
