Well, it's been an interesting week with just so many great posts to read.  Once again, I want to highlight some of my fave bloggers who made it to the feature board as well as some other fave bloggers that the AR Gods seem to have missed when handing out their little featured gold stars. 

First and foremost, I want to give a big shout out to Leslie Ebersole for Time to Pull On Our Big Girl Panties and Get To Work, Maria Marriott for To Pick Up The Phone or Not..., Nevin Williams for I don't need an agent because I'm buying a new home from a builder and Emmary Nicholson for Helping Clients Re-Home Pets  who were all awarded with that highly coveted gold star feature and I was happy to "call the shot" on all of them. 

There are a couple of other bloggers and their posts that the AR Gods must have missed this week when they were bestowing those little gold stars. 

First there was Sheila Rasak who illustrates what listings agents should NOT to say to Realtors and agents calling to view your listing with their buyers.  With TMI, Get to the Point, and Excuses are Like..., Sheila reminds us that Realtors and agents depend on showing instructions to be accurate and up-to-date and when they're not, the last thing they want to hear are excuses of why the listing agent didn't or can't do their job.  Check it out. 

Then there was Kathy Smiley, with Attention All Out of Area Listing Agents! Important things you NEED to know:.  I'm sure most Realtors and agents can relate to Kathy and the frustrations all of you much have to deal with when working with an out of area Realtor or agent.  Kathy offers some excellent suggestions to out of area Realtors and agents about how to market their listing to local Realtors and agents and things to consider when working with the local real estate community. 

This "calling the shots" process is so much fun.  I'm really enjoying the opportunity to promote my fave bloggers as well as infuse some faces on the feature board that we don't see there every week.

Rebecca - I'm glad you liked the post, I really do try and find some of the hidden gems; bloggers that we all don't see on the feature board every other day.

Brittany - I'm actually really picky about the posts that I suggest so I don't actually call a lot of shots but out of the few that I do suggest several have been featured so I guess I'm not a bad shot caller.

Mike - You should really start checking out some new faves.  I try and really look for new bloggers who aren't on the feature board every week.

Well thanks for the shout out. In the 8th grade, Mrs. Brown told us about the importance of title in gaining a reader's interest. It turns out that "panties" are an especially unusual word in a real estate blog title. Now looking for ways to use: bra, jock strap, g-string, thong, camisole and all other entries in the vickie's secret book. Whether I'll be employed in a month is another matter, but I'm keeping myself entertained. Thanks again.
