Loveland had about 44 new listings.... but read and see what they are!

Pretty consistently is there about 44 (40) new listings each week in Loveland. Today there is some new construction. Both in the high $100,000 and now about $300,000 in Alford Meadows. No pictures though. And it is a build that I am not familiar with., so acutally we are closer to 40 new listings. The good news is that buyers are starting to buy. In some ways there is a lot of homes for sale, but there is not always just the right one.
