I wish the government would mull over not spending any more of our tax dollars and adding to deficint.  Tax incentive only got buyers to purchase earlier.  We are feeling the decline in activity now.

More opinions than you want to hear about.

The tax credit did more to stimulate Chinese furniture sales than the housing market.  Its purpose was to put dollars in the hands of the people who were most likely to return it to the economy quickly.  In that, it succeeded.  Where else can you find a bunch of people who are caught up in their bills and need a bunch of new stuff?  Now it's time for a plan to stimulate the housing market.
