I recently returned from the Tom Ferry Event last week. I got alot of very good ideas to sell more homes by the end of the year. Here are some ideas I plan to use right away. The statistics show that you close a deal for every 80 people you talk to.

1. Right now farming works so I will do more farming.

2. Call 5 past clients by noon each day

3. fFnd a Deal of the Month House - put on facebook, active rain, webpage, and email to sphere

4. Get 5 more people a day in my sphere

5. 1 appointment s day- listing or buyers

6. Start a group on meetup.com

7. Place 4 videos per week on youtube

8. Click on my website 10 times a day and redo google profile weekly to get up higher and more on google

9. Have a housewarming party for a client who just closed escrow

10. Email to 5 out of town agents each day for referrals

 

With this plan, I will get more clients and close at least 10 homes by the end of the year.

It is nice to see that Tom Ferry is keeping up with Technology!! Sometimes the trainers fall behind with what the market is doing!
