Thank you for your input in regards to the Buyer's Agents Commission. I am sharing your comments with my Sellers. How does everyone feel about a modification to the Listing Agreement to a "Variable Rate Commission" and put in the confidential remarks section that a co-op is offered for a full price offer. We have slashed the price so much that all of the wiggle room is just about gone and offers $25K or below does not allow much room for a co-op. These low ball offers are going to kill property value!! Send me your comments!!
