I have read many books in my time. I've read Think and Grow Rich, E-Myth, Rich dad, Laws of success, laws of power and Negotiate this, top performance, mentored by a million etc. You get the point. A majority of my reading has to do with business, real estate, Finance, law, philosophy etc. Through all my studing, reading, practicing, experiencing, I've came to realize one major point. What you think you can achieve! If you can contol the noise(negative thoughts,blame,feuding etc.) you will be amazed at the things that begin to fall into place. I know.... some out there are saying, "great, another motivational guy."
I am not saying this to make the impression that life is great if you just think positive. But, I am saying if you believe in some power. What you think, you can achieve. Example, For my self and myself only. I believe strongly that everyday I push,push and push. I will have people of greatness and influence (mentors)guide me through life and business, which in turn will be the backbone to my success.
My partner and I began to attend some groups with like minded individuals. Through these meetings, I began to meet people, who I envisioned myself as. Then the phone rang. Two gentleman who I respect and look up to called with a purposal to work with there organization. The same proposal I wanted to be presented to me( To represent their company as a Investment Coordinator). Then through these gentleman another great man with extraordinary success gave me a proposal. Again, the same proposal I wanted to be presented(insight on my how to develop YOUR true vision and passion). Today, these mentors are who I go to for my answers to business and life. Now more then ever we need to know that someones been here before us. So ask them, they will tell you. time cures all. In today's Michigan market, it feels good to hear that others are truely succeeding. But, it is also great that these same people are just like you and I. Extraordinary people are just people.
So cut out the noise and get busy living or get busy dieing(I got this quote from shawshank redemption, if anyone knows who originally said it please let me know)
