       The River Hills Foundation is an organization vital to maintaining and elevating the quality of life in the Village. Contributions have provided everything from providing fire extinguishers to new Village residents to expanding the greening  with additional trees planted and gardens expanded.  The village charter does not allow commercial or industrial businesses within the village boundaries.
