Over the weekend I was lucky enough to spend Sat. working and enjoy Sunday with family and friend at our local watering hole. What a blast was had. If you have never come by to swim at the Quarry in St. Marys Ontario than you are truely missing out. I invitied my sons soccer team from London to come, there were about 50 of us. The children jumped in one by one and swam to the raft, went of the high dive and the cliffs. Slowly I watched parents join in the fun, oh what a riot to watch the parents bravely line up and go off the cliff. The weather was perfect and so to was the day.
We next head to the Pyramid area of St. Marys, where we BBQ, had pinic and a soccer match of course. Can not wait tell next season to do it again.
Thanks to the town for having such great areas, we were ask what it cost me to rent the eating area, and rent the field. I was pleased to say NOTHING. Hats off to our town, maybe thats where this tax money is going.
