- Single family homes only
- Must have at least a 680 credit score, and no more than a 45% debt-to-income ratio
- Up to 3% seller paid closing costs
- Has to be in a rural area (That does not mean its out in the country in every case)
- Home Buyer Class Required
- Must be first-time buyer (or not owned a home in the past 3-years)
