Yes - I know that SHarlatan should be spelled charlatan. I mean it in every sense of the word. I stumbled across a moron - I mean - charlatan today whose business practice is to mark his failed Short Sale listings as SOLD in the MLS and also claim to be the Selling Agent!
Of 15 Short Sales listed by him over the past 12 months - he has closed 13 of them. When you back out the ones that actually were cancelled due to going to foreclosure, he's closed 3 of them.
Wow - a 20% Short Sale list to close ratio!!
