Hi Endre -- nope, this is an active listing.  As an Exclusive Buyers Agent, here in the Metro Portland area, I am selecting listings that think are "good" picks.  This one, because of sq. ft., lot size, location, apparent condition (I've not toured it), and price -- it's a pick!
