I don't know whether you're the kind of person who wants to get that last piece of layer cake or a big bowl of pasta, but if you are the time is now, before the weightiest challenge in the rain begins. Roger Mucci has decided to drop some unwanted pounds while getting healthier as he starts a new chapter of his life. A lot of us, yours truly included, have chosen to hang onto his coat tails in an attempt to pummel our extra pounds into submission.
I'm at a crossroads here. Do I eat every last piece of garbage that tantalizes my admittedly unrefined and uneducated palate, or do I get a leg up, so to speak and stop dead in my tracks here, training my body to stop craving carbs and all the other stuff that threatens to turn my arteries into solid concrete? How would you approach the challenge?
Why not come join Take It Off In The Rain and share our struggles and successes or share your own. We're here to support each other in our attempt to stay healthy.
BTW, I just fell in love with the countdown clock when I saw it on Pat & Wayne Harriman's post and had to use it here. Now don't forget, when the clock reaches zero (Eastern Time), it's time to start.
