I played golf last night the course runs along the Pemigewasset river in Woodstock New Hampshire. I observed this canoe trying to navigate a series of rapids, but the woman in the front was attempting to do the paddling while the male passenger took a nap.  Apparently these folks miss the point of rowing together, in order to be effective the person in the back of the boat has to steer or you'll go in circles. If you are not going to work together you are better off going it alone.

This is not a social commentary or a comment on the economy...But if you are going to guide your boat from the back seat everyone should be padding ...if you are going to sleep at the wheel pull over, get out of the way and stay out of the rapids.

Hire A Local Real Estate Expert to help steer your boat through the rapidly changing economic times in our current housing market...going it alone may be futile, and a tremendous waste of energy, with no results.

This describes my dating world. Not much out there! I'm always the one doing the troubleshooting. No wonder I'm in real estate. LOL

You've presented a great analogy here Steve. Don't go it alone in this constantly evolving and challenging time.

These Canoer's may still be on the river for all I know...no direction and no one to steer the boat, is a bad business decision.

We have a big canoe rental business here on the Russian River. Beginners usually capsize within the first 100 yards. The wrong person is in the front, the wrong person is in the back. And I pity the person in the middle. If you don't know what you are doing, ask for some help or you WILL get all wet.

Apparently, someone remembered to bring the beer on the canoeing trip.  Good times!
