This describes my dating world. Not much out there! I'm always the one doing the troubleshooting. No wonder I'm in real estate. LOL
You've presented a great analogy here Steve. Don't go it alone in this constantly evolving and challenging time.
I can't help but think about the folks in the canoe, unbeknownst to them they are the subject of your morning blog....great idea
These Canoer's may still be on the river for all I know...no direction and no one to steer the boat, is a bad business decision.
Steve...And if you sleep all the way down the river (Or through life) You miss the best parts!
Well Said Steve. Hoping to get to the RE event up your way in October.
Allison, Hope you are able to make it up...October is a beautiful time of year in New Hampshire.
We have a big canoe rental business here on the Russian River. Beginners usually capsize within the first 100 yards. The wrong person is in the front, the wrong person is in the back. And I pity the person in the middle. If you don't know what you are doing, ask for some help or you WILL get all wet.
Steve hummmmm I don't know. Taking a nap while the wife does the work is worth considering to me .......... LOL
Seriously, you were right on with you comparison. Simple but on the money.
Apparently, someone remembered to bring the beer on the canoeing trip. Good times!
If you don't take business seriuosly, you may sink your canoe. (Boat)
That is funny!! But seems to be true in real estate and other aspects of life!
carissa, Good Times!
Great analogy Steve and thanks for sharing! Much success to you...
